Sharing your current location with your family or friends is very common these days. With iPhones, it is even easier. You can share your location from iMessage right away, without opening the map on your iPhone. iOS has a feature that has an option to share your location with your contacts. The only requirement is that the other person also needs to have an iOS device.
Steps to Share Location on iPhone from iMessage
1. Launch iMessage
Tap the Messages app icon on the home screen of your iPhone. It’s the white dialogue balloon with a green background. Messages will display the latest messages on your iPhone.
